this past weekend i had the opportunity to shoot two father's day gift sessions for some friends at work.  fortunately they were both willing to meet at the same time and same park in Ladera. both sessions were so much fun and all of the kids involved were quite cooperative. so far i've only had time to edit one session but will post the other tomorrow night.

let me introduce you to almost 2 and half year old lauren...she's so cute. her mom was a little worried because a couple days before the shoot, poor little lauren had her first big fall and scraped her nose pretty darn good.  i assured her mom that it was no problem to do a little touching up so you won't even see it.  well, i think i succeeded... but i left some of the photos as is because a few family members wanted to document her first big "boo boo".

*side note: anyone need some touch-up work done? i'm available.

for this session we used the same letter idea from a previous mother's day gift session...big props to my friend jim for thinking of that idea. anyway, you can see how adorable it turned out. thanks again brie for allowing me the time with lauren! there are so many great shots but i only had time to blog about a few...some real portfolio "keepers" in here. enjoy.
